Who we are

Capital and opportunity, from a dream and an idea.

Mythik is headquartered in Silicon Valley, and since day one our goal has been the same: put real capital and real opportunity behind founders who have a dream and an idea worth building.

We're not a résumé fund. We don't need you to have come from the right company or the right school. We need to see a team that executes, a product people use, and a market that's starting to pull.

The offer

One check. One program.
A round that closes.

Every startup we accept receives all four.

$200,000

At a $5M cap for 4%. Straightforward terms, money in the bank fast enough to matter.

I

What we look for

Team, product, traction.

We look at all startups, across sectors and stages. We underwrite three things.

DOES IT HOLD TOGETHER I IS THERE SOMETHING REAL II IN FRONT OF REAL USERS THE GROUND IS TAKEN Signal  TEAM
I

Team

Can you execute, adapt, and keep going when it stops being fun?

II

Product

Is there something real, in front of real users?

III

Traction

Is the market buying? That's the signal we care about most, because it's the one we can help you scale. If the market is already buying, we can help you cross the chasm. That's the whole job.

Admissions
Rolling — no cohorts

Every application gets read

Not screened by a filter and not passed to an analyst. A partner reads what you send and looks at the same three things every time: the team, the product, and whether the market is starting to buy.

Because admissions are rolling, there's no queue to join — if you're ready now, apply now. Questions before you do? Email us.

Sectors

We're generalists.

All sectors, all stages. We underwrite team, product, and traction.

Questions

The short answers.

What stage do you invest at?

Early. We want a product in market and evidence that customers are buying. We're not looking for a finished company — we're looking for pull.

Do I need to be in Silicon Valley?

No. We're headquartered here and our network is here, but we work with founders wherever they are.

Is this a cohort program?

No. We accept on a rolling basis and start you when you're ready.

What sectors do you invest in?

All of them. We're generalists who underwrite team, product, and traction.

What happens after the 16 weeks?

You should be positioned to raise your Seed or Series A. That's the point of the program — we spend the 16 weeks preparing you for that conversation and introducing you to the people on the other side of it.

How much of my round can you help fill?

Our $200,000 is the anchor. The rest of the work — introductions, positioning, materials, and warm paths to investors — is what the program is built to do.

Rolling admissions

If the market is buying, let's talk.
